Employee Wellbeing Movement

Working with companies across different cultures has shaped how I understand people, leadership and responsibility. I am grateful for the exceptional people, meaningful experiences and challenges along the way - the moments that strengthened our resilience and taught us to face new situations with greater judgement.

That gratitude led me to a question: how can we turn the resources and goodwill already within our organisations into lasting wellbeing?

As I deepened my understanding of a healthier mind and body, my direction became clear: bring that knowledge into everyday working life. I founded the Employee Wellbeing Movement to help companies make care a consistent practice - through thoughtful nourishment, encouragement for movement and environments where people feel seen, respected and supported to grow.

We bring experience, practical ideas and tools, a clear purpose and the willingness to keep learning. Our ambition is to help organisations create working days that strengthen their people, giving them more energy to contribute at work and more capacity to enjoy life beyond it.

and productive.”

Introduction

Quality gives everyday life its depth.

Born and raised in Novi Sad, Serbia, Vuk Ziza lived there until completing his law degree at the University of Novi Sad. He then moved to Dubai to live and work, where he developed a strong passion for creating meaningful experiences for people.

His hospitality career took him through different concepts, service styles and settings, working with colleagues and guests from many nationalities. These encounters deepened his understanding of people’s needs, desires, emotions and perspectives, and led to some of the most meaningful relationships in his life.

Alongside his professional journey, Vuk devoted himself to learning more about human biology, psychology and healthy living. This ongoing pursuit shaped the philosophy behind his concepts: a richer understanding of people can inspire better experiences, healthier habits and more considered ways of living.

A fulfilling life is built by choosing what truly adds value: good health, meaningful relationships and experiences worth remembering.
The journey

Experience shaped the direction.

A path through education, hospitality, failure and a renewed commitment to building.

01SERBIA · THE BEGINNING

From street life to university.

Vuk’s early experiences of street life in Serbia were followed by a different chapter: studying Law at the University of Novi Sad. The transition brought lived experience together with structure and disciplined thinking. Both inform the way he approaches people, decisions and the responsibility of building a business.

02DUBAI · A WORLD OPENING

Finding the beauty in hospitality.

Dubai opened a wider world through hospitality, modelling and a brief experience in law. Encounters with people from different backgrounds expanded his perspective. Hospitality became a lasting passion: an industry in which attention, judgement and genuine care shape another person’s experience every day.

032021 · A SETBACK

When a business does not work.

A fitness equipment venture in 2021 ended in failure. It became a formative chapter in Vuk’s entrepreneurial development, bringing the demands of execution into sharper focus. The experience strengthened his respect for the work required to turn conviction into a viable business.

042022 · DUBAI AGAIN

Learning to notice more.

From 2022, his Dubai chapter became a deeper study of guests, their expectations and their unspoken needs. Close observation sharpened his understanding of service and shaped his personal approach. The details of daily interactions became the foundation for ideas about better products, experiences and working environments.

052025 - 2026 · A WIDER PERSPECTIVE

From individual experiences to working environments.

Government project experience in 2025 - 2026 brought a wider scale into view. Dubai, Saudi Arabia and Japan exposed Vuk to different cultures and approaches to work. Those experiences reinforced his appreciation of the world’s possibilities and his commitment to making a considered contribution.

062026 · ENTREPRENEURIAL FOCUS

A clear direction across his own concepts.

In 2026, Vuk placed his own projects at the centre of his work. His concepts span hospitality development, coffee and croissants, intentional living and employee wellbeing. Each reflects a consistent approach: understand a human need, establish a meaningful standard and develop a practical expression of it.

The concepts

Different concepts.
The same care for people.

Each concept approaches a different part of everyday life: the people who welcome us, the way we begin a morning, the standards we set for ourselves and the environments in which we work.

01 / HOSPITALITY DEVELOPMENT

HYPE Hospitality

Next Generation Waiters.

Remarkable people create remarkable concepts around the world. Yet even an exceptional idea can lose its meaning when the people presenting it cannot communicate its value. HYPE Hospitality places that human connection at the centre of professional development.

The people behind the experience

For Vuk Ziza, captains, waiters and frontline teams are a concept’s ambassadors. They translate its vision into conversations, sales and service through knowledge, composure, judgement and care. His experience with guests and teams shaped a conviction that the waiter profession deserves recognition - and development equal to the responsibility it carries.

Capability with purpose

HYPE builds that capability through product knowledge, operational standards, guest psychology and emotional intelligence. Its aim is to develop confident hospitality professionals who communicate with enthusiasm, make guests feel understood and take pride in their work.

Vuk believes the next generation of effort belongs in the people who bring a concept to life. Bigger, taller and more expensive venues can set the stage; the people on the first line give the experience its meaning.

“A remarkable concept deserves people who can make its value felt.”
02 / COFFEE & CROISSANTS

Morning by Croco

A better beginning to the day.

A morning is an everyday occasion with room for a memorable experience. Morning by Croco brings together coffee, croissants and thoughtful hospitality in a premium grab-and-go concept.

Designed for malls, business districts and modern urban life, the concept gives a familiar ritual a distinct identity. It is another way of turning attention to people into a practical business idea.

03 / INTENTIONAL LIVING

HYPERSTETIX

Live life intentionally.

HYPERSTETIX expresses Vuk’s philosophy of intentional living through the standards people accept, the environments they create and the way they structure their days. It gives practical form to the belief that a satisfying life requires attention and considered choices.

It brings attention, personal standards and daily structure together, helping people translate what matters to them into consistent action. The ambition is to build a life that feels considered, directed and worth participating in fully.

04 / EMPLOYEE WELLBEING

Employee Wellbeing Movement

Future is healthy.

Care for people can also shape the working environment itself. Employee Wellbeing Movement extends that idea to food, movement, healthy conversation and opportunities to learn throughout the working day.

SEFMS is the first practical starting point: a system connecting food provision, employee awareness and operational insight. The wider vision is an environment that people feel enthusiastic about contributing to.

The philosophy

Balanced premium living.

Vuk’s philosophy begins with a simple observation: the beauty of the world is sometimes diminished by the pursuit of quantity over quality. More purchases, more options and more distractions can fill a life without making it more satisfying.

His aim is to create awareness that true satisfaction lies in balanced premium living. Premium, in this sense, means care, substance and a standard worth choosing: a well-prepared meal, an attentive conversation, a purposeful day or work carried out with pride.

Value extends beyond the discount on a price tag. A life spent continually chasing the next offer can leave little space to appreciate what is already good. Across his concepts, Vuk encourages a more considered balance - choosing what serves a real purpose and allowing quality to enrich everyday life.
